Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date. Data packs remain available until used and never expire. These products have different validity rules, so their prices aren’t directly comparable as discounts.

Billing and data allowances

Choose a monthly plan for regular use or a data pack for occasional access. Switch views to compare each option; prices are listed on the page.

Monthly plan: resets on the activation date

For people who regularly visit international websites, use collaboration tools, or stream each month. Check actual usage in your client or account before choosing an allowance. Data use varies with video quality, downloads, background syncing, and time spent online; an allowance doesn’t guarantee a set number of viewing hours.

Monthly Plan · 60GB

Light Use

¥9.9 / month

For people who mainly browse websites, collaborate over text, and look up information, and who can keep an eye on data usage. If you occasionally use AI tools or handle remote tasks, check your actual usage to see whether this plan is enough. Videos, large files, and background updates also use data, so page visits alone won’t tell you what allowance you need.

Monthly Plan · 250GB

Everyday Use

¥18 / month

For people who stream videos and sync files as well as handle everyday work, or switch between devices throughout the day. Choose based on your total monthly usage, not the number of devices. Video calls, media loading, and file transfers all use data; review usage over a full billing cycle to estimate how much you’ll have left.

  • 250GB, resets monthly on the activation date
  • Unlimited simultaneous devices
  • 90+ countries / 150+ routes
  • 30-day refund policy
Choose this plan

Monthly Plan · 500GB

Higher Usage

¥28 / month

For people who stream often, transfer work files, or have a record of higher monthly usage. The larger allowance gives you more room for regular use, but it isn’t unlimited and doesn’t guarantee a fixed speed for any app. Your connection also depends on your local network, exit region, and the status of the service you’re accessing.

  • 500GB, resets monthly on the activation date
  • Unlimited simultaneous devices
  • 90+ countries / 150+ routes
  • 30-day refund policy
Choose this plan

Data Packs: Use Until Depleted, Never Expire

For people with irregular usage who want an allowance that lasts as they need it. Data packs don’t reset monthly, so any unused data remains available. “Never expires” describes the validity period; it doesn’t mean data is automatically replenished or change the billing rules for other products.

Data Pack · 300GB

Occasional Access

¥158 / 300GB

For people who look things up now and then, handle short-term projects, or connect to international routes infrequently. You don’t have to plan around a monthly reset date, but should still check your remaining data. If you start streaming often or syncing large files, review your usage and compare data packs with monthly plans.

  • 300GB, available until used
  • Never expires; no monthly reset
  • Unlimited simultaneous devices
  • 30-day refund policy
Choose this plan

Data Pack · 1000GB

Flexible Usage

¥358 / 1000GB

For people whose usage varies, with some periods requiring more data transfers. Data decreases as you use it, so consider your overall usage pattern rather than whether you use the full allowance in a particular month. Before paying, check your existing plan and the panel details; don’t assume a data pack will automatically combine with a monthly plan.

  • 1000GB, available until used
  • Never expires; no monthly reset
  • Unlimited simultaneous devices
  • 30-day refund policy
Choose this plan

Data Pack · 3000GB

Larger Allowance

¥658 / 3000GB

For people who understand their data usage and want a larger pay-as-you-go allowance. A larger allowance doesn’t change route coverage, device rules, or the access conditions set by other platforms. If you haven’t tracked your usage yet, work out what you need first rather than choosing based on the total data alone.

Included with every plan

Plans vary by data allowance and billing method. Check shared details about devices, routes, and connections here.

Unlimited simultaneous devices

Use different devices for work and everyday browsing. Unlimited simultaneous devices refers to the number of devices online at once, not unlimited data. When multiple devices transfer data at the same time, keep an eye on usage in your account.

International Route Coverage

Coverage across 90+ countries and 150+ routes. Choose an exit region based on the service you need, then try a route that works with your local network. Coverage doesn’t mean every region is suitable for every app.

Bank-Grade Encryption

VPNZW uses bank-grade encryption to protect your connection. Keep your account password and subscription link secure. On public networks, check website addresses carefully and never share sensitive credentials with others.

Platforms and Clients

Compatible with Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Get clients from the user panel; log in to view your subscription. For platforms other than iOS, you can download a client and log in without a paid plan. On iOS, access is shown based on your eligibility in the panel. For setup steps, see the Getting Started Guide. Don’t post your subscription link in public discussions.

Streaming, AI Tools, and Connection Issues

Plans support cross-border access, but streaming catalogs, playback quality, and access to AI tools depend on each platform’s regional policies, your account status, and your local network. Platform memberships aren’t included. If you run into issues, see the Troubleshooting Guide or open a ticket from the panel with your client, exit region, the issue, and the steps you’ve tried.

Plan comparison

Compare how data is replenished before comparing prices. The right billing method depends on how often you use the service.

Payment MethodsAlipay / WeChat Pay / USDTAlipay / WeChat Pay / USDT

This page covers monthly plans and data packs only. Data allowances don’t guarantee a set number of viewing hours or a fixed connection speed. Before paying, verify the product name, price, and terms in the panel.

Payment methods and order review

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Before choosing a payment method, make sure the order uses the billing option you need.

From Choosing a Plan to Confirming Your Order

  1. Open the user panel. Log in to your account and choose a plan. No email address is needed to get started—just a username and password. Keep your account details safe so you can check orders and submit support tickets later.
  2. Review your order. Check that the monthly plan or data pack, data allowance, and price are correct. If you already have a subscription, review any switching or upgrade details. Don’t assume a new order will automatically add to your existing data.
  3. Pay as instructed. Choose Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT, then complete payment on the page provided with your order. For USDT, verify the network, amount, and payment details shown on the page. Don’t reuse details from an old order.
  4. Check the result in the panel. After paying, check your order status and plan details, then get your subscription and import it into your client. If the status hasn’t updated, first confirm whether payment went through. Keep the payment record and contact support through a ticket to avoid paying twice.
30-day refund policy

Refund requests and record keeping

To request a refund, log in to the user panel and submit a ticket with your request and the relevant order details. Read the Terms of Service for the refund policy. This page doesn’t promise a processing or payment arrival time.

Follow up in the same ticket to share additional details and check replies, keeping the full conversation in one place. If you need to report a payment issue, you can attach a redacted payment record. For connection issues, describe your setup, but don’t share your password or subscription details to request a refund.

Billing and refund FAQs

Review pricing, devices, refunds, and payment methods here. For connection help, see the Frequently Asked Questions.

How much do VPNZW plans cost?

Plans start at ¥9.9/month for 60GB, with 250GB for ¥18/month and 500GB for ¥28/month. Data packs cost ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, or ¥658/3000GB and never expire. Choose based on your usage: monthly plans and data packs have different validity rules.

How many devices can I use at once?

There’s no limit on the number of devices online at the same time. Compatible with Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Device count and plan data are separate: check your account’s usage records when connecting multiple devices. Log in to get your subscription from the user panel.

How long is the refund period, and how do I request a refund?

Refunds are available for 30 days, no reason required. Log in to the user panel, open a support ticket, explain your request, and include the relevant order details. Review the refund terms in the Terms of Service before submitting. Keep your payment records, but don’t share passwords, subscription links, or complete payment credentials in a ticket.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. Log in to the user panel, choose a plan, and verify the amount and billing method on the order page. Follow the payment page instructions for your chosen method. After paying, return to the panel to check the order status. If it hasn’t updated, check your payment record first, then submit the order details in a support ticket.

When does monthly plan data reset, and what happens if I upgrade mid-cycle?

Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Check your current plan, reset date, and upgrade details in the user panel before changing plans. The reset date is specific to your activation date, not the start of a calendar month.

Do data packs expire, and can they be combined with a monthly plan?

Data packs never expire and remain available until used; they don’t reset monthly. Monthly plans and data packs have different billing rules. This page doesn’t promise that the two will be combined automatically or specify which one is used first. If you already have a plan, check the order details in the panel and contact support through a ticket if you need clarification before choosing.
